In this week's News Roundup we are joined by Candice Jackson (twitter/x: @CEJacksonLaw), former Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, and Deputy General Counsel, at the US Department of Education. We discussed the recently announced Title IX Implementation and how it sneakily enables "gender identity" to override sex.
We also discuss two cases recently in the courts — One is Westenbroek v. Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, which involves whether a Wyoming sorority can admit trans-identified males as women. The second is Voe vs Mansfield, which adjudicates the legality of North Carolina's ban on pediatric transition, and contains some stunning admissions about WPATH's standards of care for transgender "medicine."
